Galaxy Connected Experience FAQ

How do I verify the IMEI on a phone/tablet?

Dial *#06# on the key pad.

 Deactivate Retail mode/LearnMore, then factory reset. Open the SRM app, select
“store settings”, insert password (uncarr1er), select “display mode setting”, then
“deactivate retail mode”.

Factory Reset the device, Tap the welcome screen 5-8 times to pull up and scan
the below QR code. Continue setup as normal.

 Click on Sennco DPC app, if Policy is GCExperience_LM, please update. Open the
SRM app, select “store settings”, insert password (uncarr1er), select “display mode
setting”, then “switch profile”. If Policy is LM_SM_Eureka factory reset the device.

When attempting to switch profiles or factory reset a device if the password “uncarr1er” is
not working please:e-mail brictech@sennco.com

If SRM launches but stays on “processing” the device will need a hard reboot.Press “Power” & “Volume Down” at the same time till the device turns off (approx. 8-10 sec).

The “Learn More” app needs to be updated to the correct profile and “landscape” needs to be selected. Please reference video again.
